Dr. Werner was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1974. Dr. Werner finished his fellowship in plastic surgery at University of Missouri in 1979 under Charles Puckett M.D. In 1979, Dr. Werner began his practice.
